Multi-Bright Milky Toner F9

The Naturium multi-benefit brightening toner is designed to exfoliate and hydrate for a more radiant complexion. This milky formula includes an azelaic acid derivative and a fermented grape extract complex with amino acid arginine to gently resurface skin, helping smooth texture and reduce the appearance of dark spots. In addition, a rice milk blend and licorice root extract moisturize and condition the skin barrier.
