Order processing

Orders are prepared within approximately 1–2 business days after confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. A dispatch notice is sent when the parcel leaves the fulfillment facility.

Delivery transit

After dispatch, standard delivery normally takes approximately 3–5 business days. Carrier conditions, weather, remote destinations, and peak-volume periods can affect transit times.

Tracking details are provided when available. Please review the delivery address before submitting an order. If a correction is needed, contact us promptly; changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.
