30-day return window

Requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Both defective and non-defective items are accepted, and exchanges are accepted. Items must be new, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Contact us before mailing anything. Approved returns are sent by mail. We provide a free return shipping label with the return instructions. No restocking fee is charged.

Inspection, exchanges, and refunds

Returned merchandise is inspected after receipt. If approved, a refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 days after approval. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit. For an exchange, availability is confirmed during the request.

Damaged or incorrect items

Report a defective, damaged, or incorrect item promptly and include the order number and clear details so we can evaluate the request.
