When will my order arrive?

Processing takes approximately 1–2 business days. Standard delivery transit then takes approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. Defective and non-defective items are accepted, and exchanges are accepted, when requested within 30 days after delivery. Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

How do returns work?

Approved returns are completed by mail using the free return shipping label included with our instructions. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 days after approval.

Can an address be changed?

Contact us as soon as possible. An address change cannot be promised after processing or carrier handoff has begun.
